Start by creating a normal product in your Shopify store. You can create the product by navigating to Products in the Shopify dashboard and then clicking on Add product.

Setup the product the way you would any other product - with a title, description, images, a price, etc. However, since this will be a digital product, untick the option "This is a physical product"

Once your product is ready, you can now return to FileJar and click on Create a digital product

In the Product card, click on Select a Product and choose the product you've just created.

The, under Files, choose Upload New Files and upload the files you'd like to deliver to customers every time they purchase this digital product.

The files are now connected to the product - click on Save and the product will go live.

You can find all your digital products under the Products page - from here you can see which products are active, and you can click on the action icons on the right to manage/edit each product, view it live in the store, or archive/delete/activate it.

Make a test purchase to double check that the digital product works as expected and that customers receive access to the correct files.

By default, FileJar will send an email (which you can customize) to all customers with a link to access their downloads. If you're on a paid plan, you can also activate the checkout extension to display the download link instantly after purchase on the Thank You page and on the Order Status page.
